Current Opportunities
Senior Assessment Advisor
Experienced law enforcement or security professional to lead operational readiness assessments and capability evaluations for partner-nation institutions under DOS/CT Bureau or DOJ ICITAP programs.
- 10+ years federal law enforcement or military experience
- Prior DOS/CT Bureau or DOJ ICITAP program experience preferred
- Experience operating in high-threat or post-conflict environments
- Active or clearable security clearance
Tactical Training Instructor
Experienced tactical instructor to deliver SWAT/CQB, dignitary protection, firearms, and high-threat environment training programs in partnership with TruKinetics.
- SWAT, tactical unit, or special operations background
- Certified firearms instructor (pistol and/or rifle)
- Experience designing and delivering adult professional training
- Dignitary protection or protective operations experience a plus
Counterterrorism Advisor
Specialized CT advisor to support U.S. Government program objectives — providing embedded advisory, training design, and capacity-building support to partner-nation counterterrorism units.
- Federal CT unit, military SOF, or intelligence community background
- Experience with partner-nation CT capacity-building programs
- Strong understanding of DOS/CT Bureau or DOJ ICITAP program frameworks
- Active or clearable security clearance required
Program Support Specialist
Support LEPCO program operations — proposal development, contract administration, reporting, and coordination across active federal and state/local engagements.
- Experience supporting federal government contracts (DOS, DOJ, DHS preferred)
- Strong writing and reporting skills
- Familiarity with SAM.gov, federal acquisition, and SDVOSB contracting
- Project management experience a plus
