LEPCO Solutions Group designs, develops, manages, and executes delivered training exercises in accordance with the proven principals and methodologies of the U.S. Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
Our Team of scenario designers, managers, evaluators, and facilitators develop and execute exercises unique and challenging exercises designed to play a vital role in preparedness. Our objective is to provide meaningful training environments for agencies to familiarize themselves with individual roles and responsibilities, foster inter-agency cooperation, develop command leadership, and promote communication across agencies and organizations.
Our HSEEP-based scalable exercises are developed to test the Core Capabilities of agencies as derived from policy and procedures. We utilize SMART – Smart, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound objectives in the design of exercise scenarios.
