Bio:

Dave is a 35-year law enforcement, military, and private sector business professional whose career has taken him around the world on a variety of missions, assignments, and operations. His service has included assignments with the Los Angeles Police Department, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, Federal Air Marshal Service, Founding Chief of Police for Regent University, and as a Security Protective Specialist with the U.S. Department of State Diplomatic Security Service. He retired from the military after 24 years of service in both the Marine Corps and the United States Coast Guard. Dave also served as the Lead Designer and Exercise Director for the highly successful 2014 Department of State US/Iraq Crisis Management Exercise held on Baghdad. 

Notable Publications: Co-author of the acclaimed book “Outside The Wire In Blue” and “ISU LEP – On Mission, Mentoring, and Maneuverability”. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Chadwick University
